2019

Founding

Penam Biosciences Private Limited was founded on August 18, 2019. Mr. Aniket Dhingra, at age 31, founded the Idea to Set-up a Pharmaceutical Finished Formulations Manufacturing facility at Yamuna Nagar, Haryana, INDIA.

Objective behind this idea was to serve the human beings with quality Medicines.

So he started the construction of manufacturing facility as per EuGMP Guidelines with a thought to get approval from European Union.

Establishment

Penam Biosciences Private Limited is Private Limited Company incorporated on January 07, 2020. It is classified as a Non-government company and is registered under the Companies Act, 2013(18 of 2013) at Registrar of Companies, Delhi.

The Corporate Identity No. (CIN) of Company is: U24304HR2020PTC084593.

2023

Manufacturing site was approved by the FDA, INDIA. Penam Biosciences Private Limited Received the Manufacturing License on March 03, 2023.

GMP certificate was received on September 20, 2023.
